Non silicon steel degreaser cleaner MC-DE5180B

Feature

Can remove the oil, grease, metal filling and dust

The consumption is 60~80% of similar liquid degreaser

Effective component is 1.2~1.5 times of liquid degreaser

Scarcely any impure ion and very weak corrosion on the equipment

Apply to the degrease and cleaning of metal chemical conversion treatment

Appearance: Liquid

pH: 12~14

Treatment Temperature: 60~80℃

Free alkalinity: 12-30 pt

Solution concentration: 2.5~4.0%

Processing way: spray, brush or electrolytic cleaning

Free alkalinity test method: Firstly, add 10ml aqueous into an Erlenmeyer flask. Then add 0.1~0.5ml phenolphthalein indicator. Using

0.1mol/L HCl standard solution to titrate it. While the solution changes from red to colorless. The consumption volume of 0.1mol/L HCl standard solution is the free alkalinity value.

Total alkalinity test method: Firstly, add 10ml aqueous into an Erlenmeyer flask. Then add 0.1~0.5ml bromophenol blue indicator. Using 0.1mol/L HCl standard solution to titrate it. While the solution changes from blue to bright yellow. The consumption volume of 0.1mol/L HCl standard solution is the total alkalinity value.

Note:

1. Add 0.2kg MC-DE5180B into 1000L water and the free alkalinity increases by 1.0 pt.

2. Please replace the solution while (total alkalinity value/free alkalinity value)>2.

Note

MC-DE5180B is strong alkali and wear the protective equipment while using it.

The solution tank and the pump must be steel (304L or 316L)

After the products are processed, don’t make the products encounter the water

Storage and handling

Available in 200 kg/ barrel or 25 kg/ barrel

Storage period: 6~12 months in closed containers, shady and dry place
