Machining Method
Flocking processing can be divided into descending method, ascending method, transverse flying method and upward and downward flying method according to the different direction of flying villus. More than 80% of domestic flocking processing equipment adopts the descending method, so the descending method is taken as an example to explain its working principle.The upper plate is a plate type metal mesh frame, and the lower plate is a metal plate bracket, which is covered with a screen printed with adhesive to be flocking base cloth. The upper and lower two plates are respectively connected with wires to the positive and negative output ends of the high voltage electrostatic generator. The fluff in the hopper falls on the negative pole of the metal mesh due to the rotation of the fuzzy-supplying shaft. The villi will fall vertically to the base cloth with adhesive pattern on the net at a high speed, forming fine suetex-text. In electrostatic flocking processing, the villi are not only charged due to contact, but also charged due to polarization effect when entering the electric field, which ensures that the villi move toward the positive plate direction, and makes the villi rotate continuously in the uniform electric field, so that the villi stand upright on the surface of the base cloth instead of lying flat on it.
