What is a peelable resin?

Strippable resin is a special resin material with strippable properties (also known as removable film resin). It is often used in the preparation of protective films for electronic products, packaging of semiconductor devices, etc., which can protect these products more intact, and it is easy to peel off when it needs to be replaced or disassembled. When preparing the strippable resin, polymer, solvent, plasticizer and other substances are usually mixed and prepared by adjusting the proportion and process parameters.

Features of strippable resin

①Strong strippable performance: under normal circumstances, the strippable resin has strong strippable performance, easy to peel off, and can leave no residue after stripping.

②High transparency: the strippable resin has good transparency, and the state of the covered item can be observed.

③Good machinability: the strippable resin can be processed by thermoforming, pressure molding, injection molding and other methods.

④Good pastability: the strippable resin can be easily pasted on various surfaces and is not affected by environmental changes such as temperature and humidity.

Use of strippable resins

1.The polymer, solvent, plasticizer and other raw materials are mixed in a certain proportion.

2.The reaction accelerator is added to the mixed material for reaction.

3.Add stabilizer, antifreeze and so on for regulation.

4.Processing by thermoforming, pressure forming, injection molding and other methods.
