Method of application

PP, BOPP, PE, PET surfaces: PP, BOPP, PE, PET surfaces should be treated with corona or flame.

Coating method: roll coating. In-line coating is recommended for best results. Offline coating can also be used if aging time and storage conditions are well controlled.

Dilution method: recommended to use the original solution, if necessary, can be diluted with deionized water

Wet film thickness: 3-5 microns

Drying conditions: 100-150°C, 10-30 seconds.
