On September 11, 2026, Anhui Sinograce Chemical Co., Ltd. organized a team-building event for all employees at a countryside resort. The event was designed to strengthen communication and teamwork while giving everyone an opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. In the morning, employees were divided into groups to participate in a variety of fun team activities. Group members communicated actively and worked together to complete each task. The lively and relaxed atmosphere encouraged interaction among colleagues from different departments and further strengthened team spirit. At noon, each group worked together to prepare lunch. From washing and preparing ingredients to cooking and plating, everyone took on different responsibilities and supported one another. Afterward, the team gathered to enjoy the food they had prepared and share the memorable moments of the day. In the afternoon, employees enjoyed horseback riding, bumper cars and a live-action CS team challenge. These outdoor activities gave everyone time to relax, experience nature and build stronger connections with their colleagues. The event enriched the employees’ experience outside the workplace and reflected Sinograce Chemical’s positive, united and collaborative team culture. Sinograce Chemical has recently completed overseas customer visits in Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia. The trip focused on customer follow-up, product communication, technical support, and market feedback for coating and industrial material applications. During the visits, the Sinograce team met with customers to discuss product performance, application requirements, sample testing feedback, and future cooperation opportunities. These face-to-face communications helped the company better understand the needs of different markets and provide more suitable product support. For industrial coating and surface material applications, product performance is closely related to real production conditions, including substrate selection, coating process, curing conditions, surface requirements, and final performance expectations. Through direct communication with customers, Sinograce gained valuable feedback that will support future product optimization and technical service. After returning to China, the team will further review the customer feedback collected during the trip and continue to provide professional support for global customers.
