It can make the surface of the printed product present a high gloss, while improving color saturation and clarity, enhancing the visual effect. It is often used in high-end packaging, labels and other products with high requirements for glossiness.

Improve printing adaptability

It has good leveling property and drying speed, can reduce ink flying, bubbles and other problems during the printing process, improve production efficiency and printing quality, and is especially suitable for high-speed printing equipment.

Superior environmental performance

As a water-based emulsion, acrylic emulsion has a low VOC (volatile organic compound) content, complies with environmental protection regulations, and reduces harm to the environment and human health.

Chemical resistance and wear resistance

The formed ink film has good water resistance, oil resistance and friction resistance, prolonging the service life of the printed product, and is suitable for outdoor or frequently exposed packaging materials.

Application examples:

Water-based plastic ink: used for plastic film printing, such as food packaging, daily use labels, etc.

Aluminum coating water-based clear varnish: protects the aluminum substrate, enhances gloss and corrosion resistance.
