Apply instruction for Adhesive glue for Stone coated metal roof sheet making

Step-1: Clean the metal plate surface. Then spray the glue 200~300g/m² on the metal surface (According to the particle size of color sand to adjust the spray glue quantity.)
Step-2: Put the color sand particle on the glue uniformly. Dry it under 80～120℃ for 20~30 min.
Step-3: Spray the surface glue SA-P224 and dry it under 80～120℃ for 20~30 min.

Storage: Store in cool and ventilated place at temperature of 5-35℃. Avoid moisture, rain or any other factors which will influence the product performance. if no exceptional phenomenon, it can be used.
