Water-based adhesion enhancer, a water-based chlorinated PP acrylic emulsion, used to improve the adhesion effect of water-based paint and ink on polypropylene (PP) material. Suitable for PP substrate, can do bottom, surface coating paint.

Waterborne coatings and inks for PP

Adding method and amount

Directly as the only resin or with other resins for the manufacture of PP primer, before use to test compatibility and add amount.

Curing conditions: Thin coating or brush can be self-drying. Performance guarantee, the need for low temperature 75-85 degrees bake for 30 minutes to form a good film. High temperature about 120 degrees Celsius baking time can be shortened.

Additive amount

Alone as a resin or account for 35-80% of the total resin

If the container is sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place below 35℃, the shelf life will be significantly shortened under high temperature or exposure. The shelf life is six months from the production date without opening the can.
