Performance characteristic

3.The protection cycle can be more than 2 years in natural environment. It can be used on metal surface and painted surface.

Application

1.Apply the product to metal, glass, ceramic, paint, plastic and other surfaces, and form film after natural drying.

2.The film body has strong toughness, transparency, tear, anti-scratch, anti-wear, anti-dust and cleaning protection.

3.The film body has good solvent resistance, oil resistance, rain washing resistance, long time high temperature exposure.

4.The film body is not sticky in summer, the film body is not brittle in winter, and there is no residual glue after cleaning.

5.Especially suitable for long time weather protection in indoor and outdoor natural environment

6.Typical users such as: glass curtain wall, aluminum alloy doors and Windows, stainless steel parts, automobile transportation protection, elevator engineering, glass fiber reinforced plastic products, metal rust prevention, large construction machinery, paint room block protection.

Application method

Open it and use it. peelable paint is sprayed by electric spraying machine or coated with wool brush. If spraying is used, it is recommended to add about 5% ~ 10% water to the tear film latex to dilute, stir evenly and then spray. Spraying method is similar to latex paint spraying, which is naturally dry and can be torn off by finger when not needed.

The drying film formation time is as follows:

Temperature 20℃ ~ 30℃ for about 3 ~ 5 hours

Temperature 30℃ ~ 40℃ for about 1 ~ 1.5 hours

The temperature ranges from 50℃ to 60℃ for about 15 minutes
