APPLICATION
Polysucrose is a non-toxic, harmless, non-flammable and explosive white powdery water-soluble polymer compound. Stable in neutral and alkaline solutions. Hydrolysis breaks when pH <3. It is a polymer produced by the continuous bonding of sucrose molecules and epichlorohydrin molecules with ether bonds. It is a chemical reagent, mainly used for cell separation, and can also be used as an inert carrier for low molecular weight haptens in immunological research. Polysucrose 400 has an average molecular weight of about 400,000 g / mol.
Main use: chemical reagent (to prepare cell separation solution)
