SINOGRACE CHEMICAL | High-Solid-Content Waterborne PU Resin for Textiles PF-402

1. Product Overview

PF-402 is a solvent-free, non-yellowing, polyester-based waterborne polyurethane (PU) resin. It is designed for textile printing, flocking, glitter printing, fabric lamination, and PET heat transfer printing applications.

With high solid content, excellent flexibility, and good resistance to washing and solvent wiping, PF-402 is suitable for textile finishing processes requiring durable coatings and strong adhesion.

2. Key Benefits

High Solid Content for Thick Applications

With a solid content of 60±1%, PF-402 is suitable for thick-film and machine printing applications. Its high solid content helps reduce drying demands and improve production efficiency. It can also be used in PET heat transfer printing ink systems.

Good Wash and Solvent Resistance

Finished prints, heat transfer designs, and laminated fabrics exhibit good resistance to washing and solvent wiping, helping reduce coating peeling and edge lifting during subsequent processing.

Excellent Flexibility and Mechanical Strength

PF-402 offers a tensile strength of over 40 kg/cm² and elongation at break above 800%. Its flexible film helps accommodate stretching and bending, making it suitable for elastic fabrics, denim, and other stretchable textiles.

Designed for Textile Compliance Requirements

The product features very low reported levels of organic solvents and formaldehyde, with NPEO and the specified eight heavy metals controlled according to product specifications. It is designed to support textile processing applications subject to domestic and international restricted-substance requirements. Compliance should be verified against the applicable test reports and market standards.
