Perfluoropolyether Lubricantspecial for high-vacuum fluoroether oil  is a high-vacuum fluoroether oil for vacuum pump. It has good chemical stability, thermal stability and excellent physical properties. There is no shortcoming that chlorofluorocarbons easily evaporate at high temperature and become thick at low temperature. And because its molecules do not contain fluorine, and therefore in use will not be because of lubricant pressure on the equipment corrosion.PF series lubricating oil is fluoropolymer (perfluoropolyether PFPE), which can be used as lubricating oil for vacuum pump at low vapor pressure and is not easy to produce pollution to vacuum device
