Product Overview

The product is made of sol-gel process, with inorganic nano sol as binder, with inorganic high temperature resistant pigments and functional inorganic fillers, cured by heating, to produce a ceramic like inorganic coating film.The main components of the coating film are Si(silicon), O (oxygen), A1 (aluminum), Ti (titanium) and so on. The coating film has high hardness, delicate feel, strong slippery texture, stable performance at high temperature, excellent chemical resistance, wear resistance and stain resistance.

Application Area

Ceramic non-stick coating series is a double layer coating system, composed of color primer and transparent, pearlescent surface coating. It is specially used for all kinds of high-grade non-stick cooker, rice cooker, electric pressure cooker, electric baking pan, cake baking pan and other household appliances. Products in line with the United States and European Union food grade requirements

Spraying Process

Substrate > Oil removal, sandblasting, cleaning > substrate preheating > Spray primer > Spray finish > Baking and burning film

Base Material Sand

Use 60 mesh or 80 mesh brown steel jade or white steel jade sand, after sandblasting material surface roughness control in 3.0 ~ 3.5UM base material oil removal/dust removal, need to remove clean sand and dust on the surface of the base material, the surface of the base material must ensure clean, no oil or other pollutants.
