①Printing powder

Because the water-based glue can dissolve the surface of the printing products, so when the coated products appear snowflakes, it is incomprehensible. In fact, the reason is very simple, the water-based glue itself will also be limited by solubility. When the amount of powder sprayed on the printed matter is greater than the dissolving capacity of the glue, the excess part cannot be dissolved or covered by the glue, and a large number of snowflakes will appear. In this case, there are the following solutions:

1.One,Coordinate the upper and lower processes to minimize the amount of powder spraying during printing. Because the powder spraying device and mechanism are not the same, so we are equipped with different production equipment to ensure the quality of products.

2.Two, in the film, the appropriate increase in the amount of glue, increase the ability of glue to dissolve powder. In the actual production, the maximum value of hanging glue is the maximum amount of hanging glue when the edge of the product does not overflow.

3.Three, before the coating will be printed surface suspension powder cleaning, can be taken to wipe the surface by hand, or set up other powder removal device on the machine.

②Clean

Because the water-based laminating glue dries quickly, if it is static and does not flow, exposed to the air for too long, it will dry and crust, attached to the coating roller or pressure roller, resulting in local coating or rubber layer is too thin, while causing local pressure to increase, so in the process of laminating to keep the coating roller and pressure roller clean, in addition, Too much dust in the surrounding environment or dry rubber and cut film fragments in the glue will also affect the quality of the film coating, so we must pay attention to cleanliness, pay attention to the storage of glue, and add the filter device of glue in the actual and production process.

③Paper plastic detachment

Paper-plastic separation phenomenon is easy to appear in the printing area is relatively large and large field products, because the surface ink layer is thick, glue is difficult to wet, diffusion, penetration, thus bonding is not strong. The solution is as follows:

First, check the production date and shelf life of the glue to see whether the glue has deteriorated.

Second, whether the film is in the shelf life, the surface corona value is how much.

Third, refer to the technical indicators of glue, whether to operate correctly in accordance with the regulations in actual production.

Four, replace the viscosity value of other brands of glue.

Fifth, improve the environmental humidity when the film is coated and the product is dry.

④Variant

There are several reasons for the deformation:
