Application method

Recommend: Spray gun caliber is 1-1.5 mm

Clean the surface, remove the dirt, impurity, keep surface clean and dry

Apply tool: Spray gun. In preheating time, vacuum time and pressure time, the glue shall be at least 55-70℃.

Heating time: thin PVC is 50 seconds, thick PVC is 25-35 seconds. Vacuum pressure time: thin PVC is 60-100 seconds, thick PVC is 80-120 seconds

After apply, nature dry 15-30mins at 30℃, after 2-4 days, it can totally solidify, 8 days later, it can get the best effect. If want heat resistant to 100-120℃, add 3-5% curing agent 

Test standards

1.  Damage to the wood: When peeling the PVC film, wood shavings can be torn off with the film.  If the wood density is high, the shavings may not be torn off. 

2.  Heat resistance: It can reach above 55°C without water based hardener.  Test method: cut the four sides of finish wrapping product and make it even, then heat it.  If the wrapping film does not shrink, the glue is up to the heat resistance standard.

Storage and handling

Available in 200 kg/ barrel or 25 kg/ barrel

Store products in tightly closed original containers at 6-35℃, avoid low and high temperature
