Description

Water based textile self-cleaning nano coating PF-201 is a non-toxic super hydrophobic and oleophobic nano coating. It is water-based, breathable and bio-compatible. In addition, it is resistant to harsh detergents and demonstrates excellent self-cleaning properties with continuous performance up to 30 washes.

Application

-Fabric, Textile, Cotton, Wool, Polyester fabric, Suede/leather corduroy etc.

Surface Preparation: Textile must be completely free of all contaminants including detergents and fabric softeners. To rid of contaminants, use hot water on a spin cycle. Textile must be completely dry before coating.

Application: Completely saturate fabric by spray or dip application.

Cure Time: About 24 hours. Cure can be accelerated with heat up to 150℃.

Up to 30 washes: You have to add crosslinker and cure it under 150℃ more than 5 mins.

Note: Tested up to 30 washes in ideal laboratory conditions. Recommended care is washing in hot water with no detergents or fabric softeners to keep the hydrophobic effect. If a detergent has been used, it is important to rinse fabric with hot water to restore performance of coating.

Storage and handling

Available in 5L/barrel or 25L/barrel

Store products in tightly closed original containers at 5-35℃

Shelf life: 18-24 months from delivery date
