Product Detail
Description
This PEEK coating is a water-based composite high-temperature non-stick coating blended with PTFE and Polyetheretherketone (PEEK).
It consists of a complete three-layer system: primer, intermediate coat and topcoat, suitable for spraying on cookware substrates including aluminum, iron and stainless steel. It combines the superior wear resistance, high temperature stability and mechanical strength of aerospace-grade PEEK with the ultra-low friction non-stick performance of PTFE. It solves common defects of pure PTFE coatings such as easy scratching, aging under high heat and short service life, and serves as high-performance coating for high-end frying pans, baking trays and molds, fully complying with food contact safety regulations.

How to use
1. Pre-Construction Preparation
(1) Mixing & Dispersion
Mix thoroughly with a drum mixer for at least 20 minutes. Or use a low-speed paddle mixer for dispersion at 50–300 RPM. High-speed mixing and long-time mixing are strictly prohibited to prevent coating foaming, demulsification and gelation.

2. Spraying Operation
(1) Applicable Spraying Equipment: Manual air spray guns and automatic assembly line air spraying systems. (2) Spray Gun Parameters: Recommended nozzle diameter 1.0–1.5 mm, spraying air pressure 3–4 bar. Drain the air compressor regularly to avoid coating defects.
3. Curing Conditions
Flash-off (Pre-drying): 150–180℃, 5–8 minutes High-temperature Curing: 380–400℃, 8–10 minutes
