Screen printing UV pressure sensitive adhesive and screen printing water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, has the following different characteristics: because UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive does not contain water or organic solvent, so it can be cured without heating drying channel, and water-based pressure sensitive adhesive to water as diluent, need a lot of heat to volatilizing water;UV curable pressure sensitive adhesive uses acrylic monomer as diluent, has low surface tension, and water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, because water surface tension up to 72dyne/cm, need to use low surface energy surfactant to reduce surface tension, so UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive is more suitable for screen printing on the surface of low surface energy than water pressure sensitive adhesive, For example, it is applied to PE, PP plastic, or coated with printing ink surface; UV curing type of pressure sensitive adhesive has better water resistance, and water-based pressure sensitive adhesive because it contains a certain amount of emulsifier and other hydrophilic additives, often reduce its water resistance.
