In the process of printing, the thickness and uniformity of the ink layer on the surface of the image and text of the plate are achieved by a series of ink rollers. Therefore, the quality of ink transfer is directly related to the ink distribution and distribution, and the smooth transfer of ink in the whole process.

Generally speaking, the process from the ink hopper to the ink plate depends on the viscosity, drawing and thixotropy of the ink itself.

(1)Under normal circumstances, when the drawing property and viscosity are appropriate, the ink shows better transmission, and the ink volume distribution is also better;

(2)When the drawing property and viscosity are too large, the transitivity becomes bad, and the ink distribution becomes worse;

(3)When the ink is too long, it is easy to cause the phenomenon of flying ink.
