Physical and chemical indicators   3. Precautions during coating 1.This adhesive cannot be mixed with other adhesives. Clean the container, glue pump, rubber hose and coating head before use. 2.This product is a UV-curable hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is solid at room temperature and should be protected from light during transportation and storage. 3.Gluing thickness: coating according to customer needs. 4.This adhesive can be used as a removable label adhesive, and can be applied with low weight pressure sensitive adhesive. 5.Adjust the energy according to the level of adhesion requirements. The curing of UV hot melt adhesive is closely related to the energy of UV lamp and the speed of coating. The substrate used for coating is different, and the energy and speed of the coating need to be adjusted accordingly. 4.7  The platen gluer is heated to about 150±10°C and put into the glue box, ready for coating. 4.8  Coating head temperature requirements: adjust according to equipment and process conditions. 4.9  Coating speed: adjusted according to the thickness of the glue and the energy of the UV lamp.   4.Ripening of tape In order to make the performance of the adhesive reach a stable value, and at the same time make the cohesive strength of the glue close to the maximum value, the coated tape must be stored for 24 hours before testing, processing or use. 5.Adhesive Storage The validity period of the adhesive is six months, and the storage temperature is 25±5°C, stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, and protected from light.

SA2291 This product is a self-crosslinking emulsion with the advantages of small amount of glue, high peel strength, good toughness, no glue opening when exposed to moisture, deep embossing and shallow embossing, and general use on flat surfaces.

SA-2292 is a self-crosslinking emulsion with low glue content, high peel strength, good toughness, and does not peel off when exposed to moisture. It is suitable for laminating flat printing cardboard, paper with BOPP film.
