Description

This product is suitable for substrates such as MOPP, OPP, PET, PP laminated paper, PP, etc., and can be used as an adhesive for textured paper and laminated paper.

The adhesive force is adjustable from 200g to 400g/25mm, and the long-term temperature resistance can reach above 80°C.

2. Performance

Physical and chemical indicators 

Remarks: The test substrate is PET with a thickness of 50 μm, and the coating method is direct coating;

l The curing of UV hot melt adhesive is closely related to the energy of UV lamp and the speed of coating. The substrate used for coating is different, and the energy and speed of the coating need to be adjusted accordingly.

l The platen glue machine is heated to about 150±10°C and put into the glue box, ready for coating.

l Coating head temperature requirements: adjust according to equipment and process conditions.

l Coating speed: adjust according to the glue thickness and UV lamp energy

4.Ripening of tape

In order to make the performance of the adhesive reach a stable value, and at the same time make the cohesive strength of the glue close to the maximum value, the coated tape must be stored for 24 hours before testing, processing or use.

5.Adhesive Storage
