Hot Melt Glue for deep low temperature adhesives WM1956
Description This glue is specially used for deep low temperature adhesives. It has excellent performance on many packaging materials in low temperature environment. It can be used for non-direct contact labeling of products such as food, medicine and cosmetics. It has good performance in high-speed die-cutting, waste discharge and automatic labeling. Type Pressure sensitive adhesive Key Features Strong initial adhesion at low temperature & excellent peeling strength Can be attached to most flat surfaces, including cardboard, plastic film, etc. Small bottles are not recommended Not suitable for irregular curved surfaces and particularly soft bottles Typical Properties Appearance: Amber solid Solid content: 100% Viscosity(175℃): about 15000cps Softening point: 80℃(Ring and ball method) Coating thickness: 18um Loop Tack(N/25mm): ≥12N 90°Peel Adhesion(N/25mm): ≥6N Holding Power(H/25mm): ≥30h Coating thickness: 25um Loop Tack(N/25mm): ≥14N 90°Peel Adhesion(N/25mm): ≥7N Holding Power(H/25mm): ≥30h The lowest Labeling Temperature: -20℃ Service Temperature: -50℃~55℃ Test conditions: The test strips were placed under standard conditions of 23℃±2℃, 50%RH±5%RH for 4 hours before testing. APPLICATION Applicable to PP (polypropylene), PET, synthetic film, coated paper, kraft paper and other surface materials, not suitable for PVC substrates Recommended operating conditions: Suitable for all conventional slot glue and roller hot melt adhesive dispensing systems Recommended operating temperature: 140º C to 180º C, depending on the machine, substrate, environment and other conditions Note: Do not mix with other adhesives. The hot melt adhesive tank must be tightly covered to prevent debris from falling into and affecting the performance of the adhesive. Since hot melt adhesive must be heated when used, personal protective equipment must be worn. It is recommended to use it in a "first in, first out" cycle. Storage and Handling 25kg/box Store below 40°C in a dry cool place. Storage period: one year According to non-dangerous goods transport
