Floor wax polishing agent care liquid
Floor care liquid is used to protect wooden floors from wear and tear, keeping them bright and shiny, in order to extend their lifespan. Therefore, floor wax water care agent needs to be applied to the floor, and after drying, a firm and elastic film layer will form. It can not only protect the wooden floor from wear and tear, but also increase the gloss and is not prone to dust accumulation. This product is usually made by combining high molecular polymer emulsions, wax emulsions, plasticizers, wetting and leveling agents and other additives. It can obtain floor polishing wax that combines anti-slip, anti-slip marks, self-luminous without polishing, and easy to clean. 1. Film-forming emulsion and resin High molecular emulsions are the main component of the formula, and most of them use metal ion cross-linked acrylic polymer. They can form continuous films, not only having the important functions of protecting the floor surface and maintaining its appearance, but also having the function of other component adhesives. Alkali-soluble resins are also one of the main components of floor wax. They make the floor wax peelable, which is conducive to the leveling of the floor wax and can improve the efficiency of film-forming additives. Common alkali-soluble resins generally include pure acrylic resins, styrene-acrylic resins and modified rosin esters, among which modified rosin esters have good leveling performance, but the color is darker, which will affect the color of the dry film. While pure acrylic resins show superior leveling performance, high gloss, high durability, convenient use and almost no color, it is an ideal alkali-soluble resin. 2. Selection of Wax Reasonable selection of wax emulsion will not affect the slip resistance of floor wax, and it has good scratch resistance. The wax has a strong feeling and can improve the polishing performance, anti-black shoe print resistance and scratch resistance of floor wax. Generally speaking, in the formula of non-polishing floor wax, PE wax and PP wax are used more frequently, while in the formula of floor wax that can be mechanically polished, FT wax and palm wax are used more frequently. Paraffin wax is often used for sealing the floor and has a relatively low cost. 3. Functional Additives The wetting agent contained in the floor wax formula is generally a fluorocarbon surfactant. It can significantly reduce the surface tension, allowing the floor wax water to spread on the surface of the floor substrate. Ordinary surfactants cannot achieve such an effect; leveling agents can make the floor wax fully level and also play the role of plasticizer during membrane formation. Its application in multi-layer coatings is particularly important. In the floor wax formula, only TBEP (tripropylenetetramine phosphate) is effective. Commonly used film-forming additives in floor wax formulas include diethylene glycol ethyl ether and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether. Insufficient dosage of film-forming add...
